Is there anything worse than not being able to find someone, someone you love who was here just a minute ago? Darcy knew that feeling quite well. She left Flora out at the new house place while she, Darcy, explored the old graveyard, but when she climbed back up the hill, Flora was gone. Not a trace. Where in the world did she go? It was as if the dark woods around them had swallowed her.

And then, of course, began the hunt and an alarming conclusion.
