Today is special. It marks when my life took on a decided change for the better. Of course, this was a few years ago, but the day was special then and it’s special now. It’s the birthday of a unique, talented, amazing someone who is very near and dear to me. And I hope it’s the best year yet!
This is also the day of the cozy critique. We critters sometimes fly the coop in the summertime; so much to do, so much to see. But, whether our gathering today is large or small, it’s bound to be a good day because writing, reading, and books will be at the center of it. The coffee pot will be on, the cookies are the chocolate chip variety and I can hardly wait to do some catching up.
Speaking of which, my publisher, Duke Pennell, has set up an email address at Pennell Books. So, on that grand and glorious day when Barbara’s and my three cozy mysteries burst upon the scene, you who want to talk to me about The Cemetery Club, Grave Shift, or Best Left Buried, the Darcy/Flora Cozy Mysteries, may write there, if you’d like. Or, you may send Darcy’s and Flora’s fan mail to my private email address.
